HELP, it can be defined as offering one’s service or resources for something to be done. Help can be divided in 2 ways, there are helps that after being offered you have to pay for it either with currency exchange or by other means of exchange and there are helps that cost nothing.
This is an important topic, most especially in this generation that tends to water down laws, rules, and reasons for motives or acts, the generation that defines laws, rules, and acts according to the way they feel and not according to how they should be.
This generation is a generation I quote “ out of tune” or out of context generation, or they don’t see reason why guidelines should be followed and absolutely they see everything their fathers and mothers did and the way they did it as nonsense and rubbish, well that’s a topic for another day. The general innuendos that make life meaningful have been disregarded from the right way of doing things to the just anyhow it’s pleases to do it as long as it feels right “Anything right that is done the wrong way is still wrong “ (Eniola Abiodun) .
So when it comes to the matters of HELP there are factors to consider in making sure we do it the right way so we can get the right result when you help someone to get an international passport by bridging the rules and regulations, is right to the person you helped but the end result is big damage to the country and society, the big picture is that for everything right that is done the wrong way causes a decadence to the societal moral at large which is a result of the generation we have today.
When you help students with grades to graduate for money or sexual exchange you have only caused more damage to the educational system which also makes the future of our labor market incapacitated, when you scam people for money and you’re feeding the poor with the money that’s not help, when you still money from the government and you’re doing give away in your community that does not help but fooling them which is more worst, a mother with kids is asking for help to feed the kids then you’re asking to sleep with her first before you help, a pastor is asking for money to pray for the sick before he can pray, you employ people and you saying you gave them the job but you cheating and underpaying them, that does not help! A question I post to you all is this, can God be fooled? Can God be questioned and can God be checked? You need to ponder on this very well so you can really be prepared for what comes after if you’re part of all this, do you think God’s standard can be replaced by how you feel, do you think God is moved by that?
My help cometh from the lord
The Good Samaritan help is the God kind of help which is the standard and guideline to ways help can be rendered (Luke 10 vs 25-37).
For everyone that needs help and I mean genuine help, this is good news for you all, the scriptures say “ I will lift up my eyes to the hills for whence cometh my help? My help cometh from the lord who created heaven and the earth “ Psalm 121 vs 1-2, real help is from the lord without taking anything in return and also we need to understand that the reason why most of us don’t seem to get help is the cause of our stubbornness and disobedience which makes it easier for this generation to follow anything they feel is right cause they are the generation that is not ready to follow standard, rules and laws. Disobedience and stubborn heart has ruined a lot of lives and they think they are actually enjoying the best of their lives.
The Lord is our present help in times of need, (Palms 46 vs 1) this is deep brethren, this means if you have Jesus in your life help is ever present for you at any given time, if Jesus is present in your life help is present in your life, you don’t even have to look up like psalm 121 says cause you don’t look up in expectation for what you have in you, so before the need arises or whenever the need arise the help for the solution is forever present to solve it.
Human beings have a limit to everything after all we are only human, and if we are faced with challenges humans cannot help us with, then the situation seems hopeless, don’t worry he has promised he will never leave you helpless (John 14vs18), instead of looking unto man better look unto Jesus, man sometimes try their best and when they do they make it worse cause they can only give what they have but when you make Jesus your only source he will never leave you helpless.
Do everything within you to help everyone around you and also be wise enough not to help those you’re not supposed to help, some people will sink your boat when you help them.
Know who to help from afar who doesn’t need to be close to you and recognize who not to help at all, we all need to understand some people need to be in our boat to understand how to make us sink.
I pray we will not help who God is angry at that will make God angry at us for help.

- False witnesses ( Exodus 23 vs 1-2)
- Benefiting from conflicts and wars (Proverbs 6:19).
- Keep this in mind all the time so you can be right with God.
